Insurance & Billing
The session cost/copay will be automatically collected via a payment method on file at the time of service. We accept all major debit/credit cards, HSA payments, and Bishop/clergy pay.
Visits are $145 per 53-minute session ($170 one-time intake session).
If you are paying for your sessions through an insurance provider, session rates will vary from plan to plan. We strongly advise contacting your insurance provider to receive specific details on your mental health benefits and coverage.
We are in network with the following insurance providers.
- Aetna
- BlueCross BlueShield/Regence (in network with all states and with exception of UofU/HMHI plans)
- Cigna
- EMI
- First Health
- Meritain Health
- MotivHealth
- PEHP
- Select Health (with the exception of the Signature, SLHP, and Medicaid plans)
- United Healthcare/UMR (with the exception of Exchange plans)
- University of Utah Health Plans (with the exception of HMHI plans)
- We do not accept EAPs, Medicaid, or Medicare plans
It is your responsibility and we strongly recommend you verify with your insurance provider your in-network outpatient mental health benefits before your first visit.

If we do not accept your insurance plan we are happy to provide you with a Superbill for you to request reimbursement through your insurance provider. We recommend you contact your insurance provider to see if they accept Superbills.
You must cancel with your therapist or our office at least 24 hours before your session time, or you may be charged the full session rate of $145. Canceling with adequate time allows us to offer the time slot to someone else who may want it. We always respect your time and ask the same in return. We appreciate your understanding.
